TANGIER

ROYAL GOLF

This was the first club to open in Morocco, and retains the natural, authentic allure endowed upon it in 1914 by its designers, Cotton and Pennink. It has since been renovated and modernized, but had kept its original 'British' feel. Everything here is pure delight, from the clubhouse belvedere, where you can stand and watch the action on the putting green and practice range, to the cool, quiet fairways laid out in shade of pine, fir, and eucalyptus trees. And when you get to the hole-5green, the highest point along the course, you are rewarded by stunning views over the roofs of the white of tangiers.
